what I don’t do

During our sessions together I will be wearing my hypnobirthing practitioner and educator hat. Though I may draw on my knowledge and experience in other fields, there are some boundaries as to what services I am able and unable to provide.

 

I will not be able to give clinical advice or undertake any clinical assessments in class.

I am not here to make any decisions for you or judge your choices. Your birth journey is completely yours and I fully respect this.

 

I will endeavour to provide a balanced course and answer all of your questions - I will explore with you if I do not know the answer myself.

Belly palpation during belly painting sessions does not replace determining your baby's position, growth or wellbeing at your regular appointments with your midwife or with an ultrasound scan.
